We are living in strange new times and we have all had to adapt to how we do things; we really miss seeing you face to face in our groups but currently it is not possible for your safety and that of our staff.

As we head into a second lockdown we all need to do what we can to boost our mental wellbeing and resilience, physical health and continue to find new ways to connect with others. We are in this together!!!!

We have set up some fantastic new virtual group activities and are adding more very soon. These are all delivered via MS Teams Guide to Download MS Teams and are available to anyone living or working in County Durham who wants to join in. Why not join in and you might make some new friends, learn new skills, have a laugh or just keep yourself busy during lockdown.
