Events Calendar

There are lots of opportunities for you to find out more about how we can help with well being for life in so many different ways.  Why not come along to one of our introduction events to find out more?  Our friendly staff will be happy to have a chat over a cup of tea/coffee and tell you more about our free Wellbeing for Life service. Check out the events in your area, or further information call 0800 8766 887 or email us today.

New details are added regularly to these pages, so please visit often to make sure you don’t miss anything. Even if an event is listed as “closed” please get in touch to find out how you can register or get details of upcoming events in your area.  We are always keen to hear about new groups that people would like to have in their local area so please let us know if you have ideas about what activities could support health and wellbeing where you are.

Positive Mental Health in May drop in session

How are wellbeing and mental health problems connected?

If you experience low mental wellbeing over a long period of time, you are more likely to develop a mental health problem.

If you already have a mental health problem, you’re more likely to experience periods of low mental wellbeing than someone who hasn’t. But that doesn’t mean you won’t have periods of good wellbeing.

Wellbeing for Life staff will help you look at steps you can take to manage your mental wellbeing, whether you have a mental health diagnosis or not, and what support is available if you need it.
