Poetry for Positivity

Participants will be able to learn about the benefits of poetry to our wellbeing, practice breathing for relaxation, learn how to write poetry, listen to pre-chose poems and discuss their meanings as well as have the opportunity to write and share their own poems within the group if they wish do so.
