Course Details

This training is designed to give an insight and some awareness of life and culture in the travelling community. It looks at housing, education, site management and health issues. It explains culture and how its linked to poor health and education outcomes, and touches on some racism which still exists in this day and age against the travelling community.

This course aims to dispel myths and is concentrated on the service the Gypsy Roma Traveller Team give in Co Durham.
