Course Details

The aim of this 2 day course is to provide training for learners to gain skills in recognising the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and to be able to effectively guide them in the direction of appropriate support to support people with their mental wellbeing.

The mission is to help people to develop skills to look after their own mental health and to reduce the stigma and discrimination towards those who are struggling.

We have the following dates available:

• 15th to 16th December 2022 @ Bowburn Community Association, Durham Road, Bowburn, Durham, DH6 5AT
• 17th to 18th January 2023 @ Bowburn Community Association, Durham Road, Bowburn, Durham, DH6 5AT
• 14th to 15th February 2023 @ Scarth Hall, 5 South Green, Staindrop, Darlington, DL2 3LD
• 27th to 28th March 2023 @ Trimdon Station Community Centre, Station Road West, Trimdon Station, TS29 6BS

This is a 2 full day course, and will run from 9am to 5pm on both days.
