There are many benefits of eating healthier and/or losing weight, the most important one is the reduced risk to your health. Whatever your age, eating healthy can help you lead a healthier and happier life as well as reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes, strokes and some cancers.
By making a few simple changes to your food and drink choices you will really start to see and feel the benefits. We will work with you for 8 sessions to set goals and provide handy hints and tips, as well as regular support to make sure you are achieving them.
