A little winter pick me up for anyone who might need a lift – whatever the weather. Gentle Yoga to beat the Winter Blues is great for anyone who wants to gently stir up the energetic body and stretch and strengthen the physical body. Gentle yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions and usually includes extended time for meditation and relaxation.
