Our sessions are to support you to keep moving, stay warm and boost overall wellbeing over the colder winter months. We will cover 3 separate sessions which will involve; cooking a heart-warming soup and top tips for eating well, gentle chair based exercise with top tips to minimise the risk of slips, trips and falls over the winter period and a ‘crafty’ session to boost wellbeing and keep your minds active. We will be providing you with a FREEBIE at the end of each session to take home including a soup flask, hand warmers & socks with grips and a mental resilience pack of activity books.
