Ways to Wellbeing is a Durham County Council programme, which aims to support adults over the age of 16 to improve their health and wellbeing.

FREE course designed to give you confidence first in a safe off road environment progressing to cycling on the road. Led by qualified instructors you will gain practical skills and understanding on how to cycle safely.  Cycles and helmets are available to use free of charge if you don’t have your own.
