The Wellbeing for Life Team is taking new referrals and we’re here to help you!

Although we currently aren’t able to see clients face-to-face, we are able to provide support over the phone or e-mail. We also offer video consultations which is the nearest thing to face-to-face currently. Up to 12 sessions of free, confidential 1:1 support with additional information posted out or e-mailed directly to you.

If you need support with healthy eating, weight loss or gain, stopping smoking, mental wellbeing, reducing your alcohol intake or getting back out into the community, we can help you!

The service has a team of experienced staff and volunteers who will work with you to give you the support and advice you need.
