We’re back!

Our fabulous Wellbeing Team are back and eager to support you!

We’re here to help you break out of lockdown and reboot your wellbeing.

So if you need support with healthy eating, mental wellbeing and resilience, improving your physical activity, accessing appropriate support, and increasing your knowledge and skills, then we’re here for you.

We can now offer face to face appointments, but if you’re not ready for that just yet, we can still provide video and telephone support.

You can refer in to our service by emailing [email protected], calling us on 0800 8766887, or filling in our website enquiry form HERE.

It’s your wellbeing, your way!

Please note that all of our practitioners will be following Government COVID-19 guidelines at all times.

"Lisa is a much happier, confident person now. She is enjoying going out to places with support staff."

"Elizabeth lost just over half a stone while working with myself. This in turn increased her confidence."

"I have found the sessions to be helpful, informative and educational, delivered in a manner that I would more expect from a well-intentioned friend than a health trainer."

Andy, Ferryhill

"Angela achieved a number of healthy lifestyle changes as well as some significant weight loss."

"I would wholeheartedly recommend the Wellbeing for Life Service to anyone to refocus one’s life in a positive way."
