There are many benefits of eating healthier; the most important one is the reduced risk to your health. Whatever your age, eating healthy can help you lead a healthier and happier life as well as reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes, strokes and some cancers.
By learning new practical cooking skills and making a few simple changes to what you cook, you will start to see and feel the health benefits. We will work with you for 4 weeks to learn new skills, provide you with healthy recipes and provide handy hints and tips as well as regular support.
